ijuo.

Operations software for field service

You quoted it in the driveway. The rest should already be done.

ijuo takes the number you gave the customer and carries it all the way through — a quote they can sign from their phone, a job on the schedule, an invoice that gets paid. You type the price once.

Why it's built this way

One customer. Twelve properties. Three seasons.

Most field service software treats a job as a single row: one address, one date, one price. Real work doesn't hold that shape. A customer has properties, properties come back year after year, and one quote can cover several of them at once. ijuo models it the way it actually is, so you stop keeping the real structure in your head.

Customer

Who's paying

Contacts, history, files, and every property they own in one place.

Site

Where the work is

Each property keeps its own measurements, photos, and notes from last time.

Season

When it happens

A site comes back every year. Last year's build is the starting point for this one.

Quote

What it costs

Cover one property or all twelve. Versioned, signed, and locked once accepted.

What you get

The whole season, start to finish.

01 — QUOTE

Build it once, send it in a minute

Price from your own catalog, add photos from the walkthrough, and send a link the customer opens on their phone.

02 — SIGN

Signed and locked

The customer signs on their phone. What they saw is stored exactly as they saw it, so there's no argument later about what was agreed.

03 — SCHEDULE

Accepted work lands on the calendar

Signed jobs become scheduled jobs. Your crew gets the address, the plan, and last year's photos.

04 — INVOICE

Get paid without chasing

Send an invoice the customer can pay by card or bank transfer, and see what's outstanding without opening a spreadsheet.

How money moves

Your customers pay you. Not us.

ijuo doesn't hold your money or sit between you and your customer. Payments go straight to your own account.

You connect Stripe

You link your own Stripe account to ijuo — an existing one, or a new one you create during setup. It stays yours.

Your customer pays

They pay by card or bank transfer from the invoice. Your business name is on their statement and their receipt.

You get paid out

Funds settle to your Stripe account and pay out to your bank on your own schedule. We never take custody of them.

We charge a platform fee

ijuo takes a small percentage of payments processed through the platform, shown in your settings and itemized in Stripe. Payments you take offline are free.

Card processing is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment form and never touch ijuo's systems. You keep the relationship with Stripe, including your own dashboard, your own payout schedule, and your own refunds — which you can also issue from inside ijuo.

Who it's for

Built by an operator, for operators.

ijuo is made for solo operators and small crews who are running the whole business off a phone, a truck, and a spreadsheet that's getting out of hand. It's built and tested on a real holiday lighting business through a real season — not designed in the abstract.
